In April 2011 we published our own book, Didsbury Dinners: The Low-Carbon Community Cookbook (£6.99, A4, 80 pages). Please click here to search inside.

All proceeds from the sale of the book support:

Didsbury Dinners’ community food growing project: establishing five new community food gardens and orchards in Didsbury.

  1. I absolutely love the Didsbury Dinners Cookbook, which has lots of interesting information and easy to follow recipes; Tony’s Vegetable Hotpot is delicious, Corgette Salad a treat and Vegetable Jalfrazzi superb. I plan to make the Sticky Toffee Pudding, Mushroom Soup and Creme Brulee this week.
